By registering at TruckLoad of Ads you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Multiple Accounts:
You may only register for ONE TruckLoad of Ads account.
"Account stacking", or joining under your existing ref ID in order to credit yourself with your own sales commissions is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of all accounts.
You may NOT join the site via proxies, scripts, bots or by any other hidden or automated method.

Spam:
Truck Load of Ads has a zero tolerance for spam
You may not promote TruckLoad of Ads in a way that could be considered spamming.
Promoting TruckLoad of Ads in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your TruckLoad of Ads account and possible legal action.
Additionally, you may not send the admin spam.
Excessive email bounces, autoresponders or use of email filtering services such as emailsecuritysystem.com will result in immediate
account removal.

Rules of Conduct for Our Advertisers:
Before submitting a URL to TruckLoad of Ads, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them.
Your TruckLoad of Ads account may also be deleted depending on the situation.

 Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using TruckLoad of Ads.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains.
TruckLoad of Ads is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

Sites we strictly DO NOT allow here include but are not limited to:


*No sites promoting illegal or malicious activity under US, UK or International laws.

*No frame-breaking sites or sites with 'must click' exit pop-ups.

*No viruses, trojans, malware or spyware.

*No pyramid or ponzi schemes of any kind.

*No Hate or racially discriminatory content.

*No adult content. (including age-restricted sites)

*No Matrix sites or similar "get rich" quick type sites.

*No HYIPs or "investment surf or autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No sites that are not in English.

*No sites that automatically download or install software.

*No sites promoting weapons, drugs or other state regulated items.

*TruckLoad of Ads has the full right to deny any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Violation of this policy will result in ad removal, account suspension and or deletion of account.

Truck Load of Ads, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, can not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information of any kind that may occur as a result of using services offered by Truck Load of Ads.
It is understood that by joining Truck Load of Ads, members agree to said terms and use provided services at their own risk.

Cancellation
Members have the right to cancel or remove their Truck Load of Ads membership at any time.
Any unused advertising, if any will be forfeited at the time of account closure.

Truck Load of Ads is in no way associated with PayPal.com, Payza, or any other payment processor and merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees and website advertising.
Furthermore, Truck Load of Ads will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with PayPal, Payza (or other payment source) and any other aspects of their account.

All sales are final.
Services purchased are non-refundable. Truck Load of Ads will not issue any refunds for purchases or any other types of advertising purchased, or for failure to cancel services or subscriptions.


Member Statement:
I have thoroughly read and understand the Truck Load of Ads terms and conditions.
By joining and using Truck Load of Ads and its services, I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions.
